Parents,

We have reached December and the school year is approaching mid-year! We have had a great and productive first semester and are gearing up for the second semester. In order to prepare for our students and to continue to offer them the best educational opportunities, we are planning 2.5 days of assessments before our Christmas break.

Friday, December 17, 2021 we will dismiss our K-2 students at noon. Third through fifth grade will remain on campus for their math assessment followed by an ice cream sundae party. Dismissal for 3-5 will be at 2:00.

Monday and Tuesday, December 20 and 21 will serve as our Reading assessment days. Ms. Jennifer will be calling you soon to schedule appointments for testing.

Please encourage your child(ren) to do his/her/their very best. The holidays can be exciting and distracting! We are asking for one hour for each test of on task work! Scores should reflect growth and all students are capable of showing growth if they focus and do their very best.
